Snail Mail Art Club Begins!

This isn't your average mail club! Do you see the colorful envelopes in the photo above? They are hand painted, individually, in my sunny plant-filled studio. I want to bring back the romance and whimsy to our mail. I want to delight, inspire, and remind others of the simple joy in slowing down and receiving handmade art on paper.

I love the idea of art showing up (somewhat) unexpectedly in your mailbox - not as a bill or advertisement, but as something made by a real artist, by hand, in a real studio. A little package of color, texture, creativity, and connection.

Every month, I send out original handmade art (not reproductions or prints). I may send something printed in addition, but the practice here is to offer a one-of-a-kind original handmade piece of art. This helps my creative stream grow steady and strong, and hopefully it helps you by being in touch with something handmade with care and joy.
