Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can contact me at hello@faysavagearts.com.
If your purchase needs to be sent back, I'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting assistance will not be accepted.
